ProJPEG™ is an easy to use, high performance tool for preparing optimized JPEG images for the Web. It is a file format plug-in for Adobe Photoshop 3.0 and greater. In contrast to other JPEG capable tools ProJPEG™ provides many unique abilities to aid you in the creation of optimized JPEGs for the Web without trial and error that can save you valuable production time while resulting in smaller, faster JPEG files for your Web site.

  59. 3: Adobe Photoshop 3.0 or better
  60. 4: Recommended available memory for Photoshop

  62. To install ProJPEG™ 3.1.2:

To install ProJPEG™, simply drag the plug-in into your Photoshop plug-ins folder, which is located inside the Photoshop application folder. ProJPEG™ will be available the next time Photoshop is launched under the formats menu in Photoshop's open and save dialog. To use ProJPEG™, simply save as "BoxTop ProJPEG" format.
